Your team building or corporate outdoor activity event is immensely important and we recognise that our event management capabilities are therefore of paramount importance. There are many variable factors in outdoor team building and activity events, and it's up to us to ensure that they're observed, ticked and crossed. For example, the outdoors is a fickle environment and it's up to us to ensure that you get the most from your time with us whatever the weather, even if it changes rapidly.

We invest in highly experienced outdoor practitioners accredited by the Institute for Outdoor Learning, whose careers have been to create and manage team building and outdoor activity experiences. Many of our Event Coordinators are also qualified practitioners in associated fields such as NLP (INLPTA), TA, various psychometric instruments and most have an in-depth working knowledge or personal, team and leadership development models.

All our staff are professionally qualified where such qualifications exist and are remote area first aid practitioners.
